I will help you learn about your habitual tendencies that are currently preventing optimum health and together we will challenge and change those behavioural patterns in a way that sets you up for long term sustainable health. Living your life in a way that supports your health is doable.
My passion for nutrition and health began in 2013 when I finally turned a lifetime of unhealthy eating around in just 12 weeks. (I lost 20kg (38lbs)) It unleashed an insatiable curiosity in me about the connection between our minds and bodies. When I changed my mindset I changed my habits and when my habits were different my outlook was different, it’s a snowball effect!
By learning what my body needed, I set myself up to successfully create habits that are still with me today, one by one I removed the obstacles that were preventing me from following through on my intentions.
There is no magic formula but there are elegant solutions to overcome everyday hurdles and it’s my mission and privilege to work with you and give you the tools that I learned so you can supercharge your life.
